WxSwitch provides two different ways to create and receive weather alerts.

• Anyone that gets the iOS WxWsitch app for iPhone or iPad can create simple alerts. When the alert is triggered the iOs device will receive a push notification.
• From Weather Observer you can create alerts on your own weather station. You can either send an email to yourself but also to any other email adresses but you can also send SMS alerts.

An alert is triggered when a contition becomes true (for example, Temperature >= 25°C).

WxSwitch allows you to select basic variables but also derivated variables.
